1. How to Register on IME Pay?
Step 1: Download the IME Pay app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store
Step 2: Open the app and tap “Create Account”
Step 3: Enter your mobile number and verify with OTP
Step 4: Fill in your basic details (Full name, date of birth, etc.)
Step 5: Set a secure 4-digit PIN to protect your wallet

2. How to Load Money into Your Wallet?
Visit any IME Pay agent location
Use mobile banking or e-banking
Transfer from linked bank account
Ask a friend to send money directly to your wallet
3. How to Send Money?
Open IME Pay and tap “Send Money”
Choose to send to Bank, Wallet, or IME agent
Enter the receiver’s details
Confirm the amount and verify with your PIN
Tap “Send” – and you're done!
4. How to Pay Utility Bills?
Go to “Bill Payment”
Select the service: electricity, water, internet, TV, etc.
Enter your customer/account number
Confirm payment details and submit
Get instant confirmation
5. How to Scan & Pay with QR?
Tap “Scan & Pay” on the homepage
Point your camera at the merchant’s QR code
Enter the amount and confirm with your PIN
Payment is completed instantly
6. How to Verify Your Account (KYC)?
Tap “Verify Account” in the profile section
Fill out the KYC form with valid details
Upload photo of your Citizenship / ID proof
Submit and wait for approval (usually within 24-48 hours)
7. How to Link Your Bank Account?
Go to “Bank Link” under your profile
Choose your bank from the list
Enter your account number and mobile number
Complete OTP verification
Your account will be linked for transfers
